Is anyone else experiencing a crash after using the popup menu inside the PLOG to remove or add a waypoint?
Today we've started seeing one which looks rather like an Android bug; it's not in our code. We may need to ship 3.2 without that menu until we've investigated more.

Yes I'm seeing it too (Nexus 7, Android 4.2) - but can't pin down exactly how to make it happen repeatably yet.
Simon

PS Can we have a "Find on map" menu item added to return to the map screen with the waypoint highlighted?

We're not going to be adding any more buttons to SkyDemon's in-flight view if we can help it.
The radio screen will eventually be removed, but before it is, we'll make sure the Live PLOG is a totally worthwhile replacement for it in every way.
Mike@EDTG, thanks. I think what you're seeing is the fact that A/A frequencies are not currently considered in the code which determines whether nearby airfield frequencies make it on to the Live PLOG. I will correct that and give them the same consideration as A/G frequencies.

The radio page will eventually be removed...

I prefer the more "direct" access the radio page allows. Switching from radio to map through the PLOG uses more resources, as you need to scroll to/identify the radio part of the PLOG. When looking at radio 2 times in a row (yes, I sometimes forget what I've just read!), it's far from being straightforward.

What do you both think about using the position report toggle in the way it works really well with the scale/SD logo/magnetic needle buttons i.e. a long press & short press = different functions, in this case  e.g. short press = radio window vs. long press = Live PLOG or vice versa? No need to shoehorn another button in.

It doesn't matter what your route is, but just put the aircraft in a specific position (which you can give me) and tell me the airport whose frequencies you think should be included when you're at that position.

Tim

Place the yellow bird just overhead LFGC. heading north. Push the radio button & decide what should be in there. You are surrounded  by class D airspaces ( EDTL/EDSB) but except the LFST one to the left, all the rest of 'em are missing, Even the strip you are overhead of (LFGC) is not on the list, let alone all the small airfields within ~10-15nm e.g. EDSK/LFSH/EDTO/EDTB

A little bug (I think)
- Create a route
- Launch the simulator
- Quit Skydemon (without stopping the navigation, just using the "back" system menu)
- Start SD again
=> The navigation is resumed (which is normal)
=> The Distance and Time blocks, which are normally visible only when planning a route, appear under the Skydemon orb.

This looks like another manifestation of the bug reported here : http://forums.skydemon.aero/Topic13673.aspx
